true. and we are fully aware of that. but we don't have dozens on engineers working on virus control, so we need some time. on windows it was easy, for mac it isn't that much.it would be really really nice if vc could be 64bit and we didn't have to use the 'audiobridge'.......its a bit of a pain in the behind.....

If you want to install the 64bit drivers but both 32 and 64 bit controls do you need to run both installers?
On 64 Bit Windows you only install the 64 Bit Installer. The 32 Bit installer will refuse to install anyways.
The 64 Bit Installer also comes with the 32 Bit versions of the plugin (which are using the 64 bit driver to communicate to the Virus) in case you are running a 32 bit host on the 64 bit system (which is something we do not recommend).

Great - I'm running a couple of 32 bit hosts still - mainly NI Kore 2 - so I will need the 32 bit version and the 64 bit version for my other hosts. May be not something you recommend but tell that to Native Instruments
