Hi there just trying to build that sound file :S sounds like a hypersaw with some sort of wobling square in it

I think you can find some similar presets in the Leads section of the TI. One of the oscillators is hypersaw for sure, but i cannot make for the others.

I am trying to recreate this typical chorded bass but i cannot:

It comes from a D. Ramirez track but its typical in many tech house songs.

Any idea?
