serious midi problem

hy guys!!!

i have a serious problem whit my virus TI POLAR!!!!! for example: i press a note C on my keybord, but in reality in my sequencer play C#!!!

all notes are moved of one semitone...

i try whit logic..i try whit ableton, i try in 2 different macs....the probblem is the same!!


waht is problem??? my virus is broken??? or exist a solution??

plase help!!

have you checked Edit>common2/3>transpose?

yes..yes..i check is all good... but I wanted to know how to reset the virus??
how to take it to factory settings???

sry my mistake
if you press transpose buttons does it say -24, -12, 0, +12, +24? and it should be "Transpose Buttons Keyboard"
Check config>keyboard 2/5 if the say -23, -11, +1, +13, +25 then it "centered" it on c#

dont remember how to reset to factory default
