possible to make wah wah effect controlled by mod wheel?

    Hi all guys


    as topic, there is a way to simulate a guitaristic wah wah effect controlled by (for example) the mod wheel? i would like to add this effect to leads or organ sounds, for more expression possibilities :) .
    If it's possible, could someone suggest me how to program it?

    turn up the gain on the mid eq dial


    map the mod wheel to the mid eq frequency through the mod matrix (play around with the depth of the modulation to determine how far the frequency will go)


    then tweak the mid eq frequency to find a nice start point for the wah whilst working the mod wheel. The intensity of the above modulation will determine how far the mod wheel sweeps the eq frequency. Then tweak the q value of the mid eq to change how broad the eq band will be.
