Just a quick discussion about Legal Representation.
What are the legal ramifications of displaying the "Virus" logo on stage, magazine shots, or anywhere whilst using the Virus?
Now, I guess there isn't a problem with Virus LED pulsing, but what about the displaying the company name "Virus"?
And another thing, can anyone please post on other brands, e.g. - Yamaha, Korg, Akai, Tascam, you get the picture.
Let's fight these bullies, hehe.

You can show any kind of logo you want on stage - once you publish a photo with a logo, you may be considered to be misrepresenting a product.
If you are in a popular band, they consider the photo a welcome endorsement.
If you are not in a popular band, they weigh the pros and cons, under the assumption you have no money and usually do nothing.Have you been issued a notice to remove a published photo that includes a logo?
