is there any way to set "input thru" to 0 through midi or sysex or Ti plugin?

i suppose ,it would be done with midi track
record midi input signal at your logic sequencer and then enable the read function on your midi track automation and then playback ..

it might automate your CC

You should be able to record the event in logic (record in logic and change the parameter to 0).
