More stable software!

    I've reset my virus many times but it doesn't help. There's still many bugs when using the Virus TI in Logic.
    Audio glitches, goes out of tune, doesn't work properly when using multi-timbral, audio goes out all together, etc.
    Is this stuff ever going to be admitted that it's a problem and will be fixed?

    even though it was reported some time, a reset doesn't change much, resetting some rather unspectacular parameters (such as display contrast) aside. what you do though is to cut the USB connection and consequently unload the driver. after the "reset" some things outside the virus might have recovered themselves.
    in any case, we all want better and more robust software, but if i would be you i would have a look at my setup and talk to support. you might not get everything to a perfect state, e.g. multi timbrality versus voice count (if you're referring to that at all) but move into a good direction.
