(Solved) TI2 USB3 L+R Greyed out- HELP!!

I'm trying to use usb3 L+R but it shows as Greyed out, any ideas?

i was about to erase this post as i found exactly what you pointed out, i guess not using the virus for a few months erased my memory of settings thanks for your answer
