Using Virus TI as a Logic multi-instrument always has problems

It seems that the problems I have with the Virus software are more evident when using the plugin
in Logic as a multi instrument. Trying to playback more than one midi track is a nightmare.
There's detuning, sound changes itself, goes out of sync, etc. Right now I'm working on a project
and when I hit record on any track be it audio or software instrument the virus track that I have
recorded plays the midi back all distorted and unusable. I have to stop playback
and click on the virus plugin and play the patch before it plays back correctly again.
I'm using the latest beta and this also happens when using more than one usb out as well.
Please have tech support take a look at the Virus software when using it as a multi-instrument in Logic.

They told me to set the "process buffer range" to small. It was set to medium by default.
I think this may have fixed some of the problems, so far so good.
