Virus TI snow not working

    hi there, i had my virus for about a month and only recently i had a problem witch when I open the virus this error comes up in the virus control diagnostic


    " Another application is blocking your connected Virus devices. You Need to quit it first before Virus Control can connect and use it "


    but I dont seem to find anything else that is using the virus control?
    help please?

    virus control center can do that for instance. did you also attempt to reboot your computer?
