when i download i get a message saying decompression failed ( I'm a mac user)
although when i download the other sound sets i don't get a problem. can this be looked at as i would like to take a look at these.

try using stuffit expander instead of double clicking it.

I had the same issue as well. Use StuffIt Expander and it will expander (unzip) the files for you.
