I can't seem to install this at all on my desktop PC. The installer keeps getting to the point after it has asked me to make sure my Virus is connected (it is) and then after installing a few files and registering the software etc it performs a roll back. Problem is it doesn't even say why so I can't easily fix it.
32 bit installer keeps rolling back on Windows XP

One possibility that occurs to me is I use the Virus on two systems (desktop and laptop) and so had already updated the firmware to the latest version as I had installed it on my 64 bit laptop first
