Hi!
with the latest Virus OS I still have the problem of low volume output after playing tracks with automated parameters for some time.
Suddenly the volume drops and is missing about 12db
As soon as I reboot the Virus (Snow) the volume goes back to normal.
I already had this problem with previous OS versions
EDIT: found a way to fix it without rebooting: On the common page move the surround balance fader to the right and back to left 
This is a problem I have too. It seems that even after having used the Virus TI-plugin for a few minutes, the volume is dropping without having automated anything yet. Is this a known bug?
Is the volume level fader in the TI plugin (on the left side) also dropping when this happens or does the volume fader stay at the same level as before?

BUMP! I am also having this problem and have been for the past 2 years since i bought it. Anyone who can help please do, really becoming agrivating.
