Virus TI Snow crackling sound HELP ME!

Hi guys.

I have had my virus TI Snow for a little bit over a year now.
Some months ago my virus started to have this crackling annoying sound (example of how it sounds here: http://www38.zippyshare.com/v/5707227/file.html)
I dont know what i did, but i was just doing random stuff in my audio settings in FL Studio, then it dissapeared.
Now its back again... I tried almost everything now, except re-installing the virus, but i dont think that woild help.

Please help me! I really want my virus to sound normally again, it pains me.

Are you using the snow as your soundcard? If so, do other sound sources crackle through it as well? In this case you should try to increase the size of the audio buffer.
Did you start using a new USB device recently? If it uses the same USB hub it might take some of the USB bandwidth?

First check your system latency by dpc latency, http://www.thesycon.de/deu/latency_check.shtml
if your are in windows 7 try use performance mode on power option and disable usb suspend setting then select best performance mode on control panel system.
deselect unnecessary program on windows start up and use a light anti virus.
