TI2 Desktop Not Working On Windows 7

    I tried setting my TI2 up on my Winblows 7 box today and I keep getting a "No Virus TI Can Be Found" error. Virus TI Installer 4.5.3.00 for Windows 64bit


    Windows recognizes it as a USB device so I know the ports are working. Worked like a charm on my MacBook with the same USB cable. Just won't communicate with Windows. Can someone help me out here?

    if on windows device manger show unrecognized device then remove os.run msconfig on windows run and then select startup tap and deselect all check box
    power off your virus remove all cables ,except power plug.
    press arp-on button for 10 seconds. push up the button.
    plug usb cable ,install latest virus os.

    Hi thanks for the response. I checked device manager and msconfig startup and there weren't any unrecognized or Virus devices. So that part is OK.


    The only part I didn't understand from your respose is "push up the button" Push up what button? I held the arp-on button for 10 seconds but nothing. Am I supposed to turn it on first?

    sorry,press arp edit button for 10-15 seconds when virus is turned off and then release it.
    virus will automatically turn on.
    sometimes some programs on windows startup will not allow virus software suite to install.
    and sometimes virus can't addresses correctly to usb port for recognition ,it happens when some addressed are remained on hardware or something like that.
    so resetting your virus will refresh new addresses and reset your virus config.
