Hi all, as of today I'm the proud owner of a new TI2 Polar, which is my 4th Virus to date. Some of you old-timers might remember me from the beta-test team for the C and original TI, as I was part of that for some time. I even have 256 patches (2 full banks) for download on the Access site still it looks like, nice.
Sadly, about 3 years ago I had to sell off a great deal of my studio equipment to help a family member with some unexpected medical bills. Unfortunately, my TI-K was one of those that had to be sold, and for the last three years i've been struggling to get the same feeling with software synths to no avail. I just like hardware it turns out, nothing against the fine software synths I've been using like Omnisphere and Zebra2.
In the meantime I've also moved to Seattle from Chicago, opened my own mastering studio, and finally saved enough to once again get another Virus. This is a moment I've been waiting 3 years for, and boy does it feel good to be back. 
Now, where's the steakhouse?
