Is there a way to load the Virus TI plugin into my host with "LIVE" option already activated? ...without doing that manually every time I (re-)load the plugin??

in which way would you benefit from that? the live button is not designed to be enabled all the time, especially not during playback.

When playing the TI via my live host latency is better with "LIVE" option always set.
What I do is sending midi to the TI plugin - getting the audio back into my host, process it there and send it back again to the TI for audio output. This works fairly well with the rapid audio setting but it's better with live on.
Sample accurate precision and sync is not too important for this type of use.BTW, I hope the next TI comes with isernet, not usb or firewire...
