patch "fm bass" changes itself after altered??

    basically if i alter this patch, it sounds how i want it, i save it. Then recall it, but now it sound thin, like its high passed? ive tried saving it a few times, and always happens? can some-one see if it works for them? cheers

    I can't locate that patch, but check the character and EQ in the FX1 section. Also phase differences can cause a comb filter effect so try it only with one oscillator and check for chorus/delay effects. Also some wavetable oscillators have waves with the lower harmonics missing.
    Also a user here reported a difference in sound in Cubase, between when VC is added to a project, and when VC is already saved with the project and loaded with it.
