Connecting Through Sound Card

Got a Ti Snow, and want to connect it to my computer using a Asus Xonar Essence STX.

The Xonar's connections: 3.5mm R, 3.5mm L, 6.35mm Headphone, 6.35mm Line In, SPDIF Out

What is the best way to do this and which cables should I use? I can't get any sound currently, although it may be a driver issue.

So the power and USB alone is sufficient? If so it's a driver issue then, some kind of conflict I'll have to look into.
