Having trouble :(

    Hi i am having trouble with my computer locating my access virus ti2 polar :(


    I have downloaded the software and done the update but when going to use the software it cant find the virus, the Ti is showing up on my control panel but when it searches for the virus it says to take out the cables hold down exit for the usb update but after this it still cant find it :(
    Any ideas on what i should do???

    Check the USB cable.
    Extension cables and length/quality matters.
    My TI won't connect with any USB extenders.
    What cable are you using?

    I finally got my Ti to connect i think it was to do with the os update i did for the mac (Mountain lion) before im not sure???
