Cannot change Sample Rate from 44.1 to 48k in Stand Alone Mode-TI Snow

Hey, for some reason I cannot change the sample rate of my virus ti snow from 44.1 to 48k in Stand Alone Mode anymore. I recently updated to the 5.0 Beta, but I have since downgraded to the latest released OS to see if that would fix the problem. It didn't. I haven't tried resetting to the factory default, was wondering if there is another setting on the virus that I need to set in order to get the 48k back?

Tried a factory reset and it still will not change to 48K. All I get is an "SE" in the corner of the menu when I move the knob. Hopefully SE does not stand for "Serious Error" Also found this thread with a similar issue, but there was no answer...

No, the USB cable is unplugged. When the usb cable is plugged into the computer I can change the sample rate to 48k in ableton live and the virus displays synced to host. In stand alone mode the only option I have is 44.1k (only the power cable plugged into virus TI snow.)

Thanks, Marc. Already did, I will update this post when I hear back from them. Unless anyone else has any ideas on how to fix this.

@ Coronado - This is a virus ti snow sound module, so there is no s/PDif port that I know of. I have tried to change the sample rate with all the cables plugged in and with no cables (except the power cable) plugged in.
