My Virus TI (1) KB hangs up shortly if i choice another preset or bank.(pressing the button ,,quickley´´) Any Idea whats wrong?

How long has it been doing this and what OS does the Virus have installed?Also, is this in standalone or when using the TI plugin?

i got a similar issue with 4.5.3
except its the gui that hangs
ableton hangs also
