I get so muhc help on this forum so i will help You

so first of all turn portamento 71+-
just leave sine osc 1 and 2
sync 1>2

set up FM pos triangle
and turn FM AMT all way up .
turn sub osc max and ring modulator max

here go
you can play wit other waves or lfo's for getting more character sound enjoy
