Hello,
I've had to format my HD, and now experience major difficulties reinstalling the Virus sotware suite.
I run Windows 7 SP1 64bits, and have downloaded accordingly the 508 x64 installer.
Note that I did manage to install / use that version before I formatted my HD.
But now, when I try to reinstall the Virus software, the whole computer freezes at the "updating TI" stage.
I have tried 3 times, same scenario each time.
I own a desktop Virus TI. What's wrong?

EDIT: solved by plugging the Virus into another USB port...
