The bass sound starting at 1.30.

It sounds fairly simple, but I haven't had very much success creating that. To me it sounds like there is some kind of formant sound which starts pitching up at 1.48. Is it Massive or Virus or something completely different?
Any tips on creating that type of sounds would be appreciated. (The attack on it sounds especially good.)
