after my virus gone totally crazy and virus support leafed at my face any body came across this ?

the device never even moved from my desk.
after my local distributor got it analyzed thy told mt the main motherboard has gone caput and need to be replaced about 1000$ worth of fixing.
this situation is just unreal!
the warranty has expired few years now but still i expect from hi tech company like access to take responsibility and help me out !
but they wont wheeling to do this !
after i payed so much for the virus and so much clicks noises and sync errors i now came to realize that my device came to me malfunction from the factory and after i never complained (because i was sure that every virus making a lot of clicks and sync errors and their is nothing to do with it.) this is what i get for being a loyal and non petty user.
IM SO DISAPPOINTED FROM access right now and i dont know what to do.
