from my understanding most of this kind of glitches comes from usb midi conflict.
- Try use a dedicated usb port for virus (try a few difrent ones because some of them actually share the same path)
- Try use a thunderbolt hub and run virus thru the usb port of this hub
- Check on virus control center if the usb conflict still presists, and try the difrent ports until it stops the message about usb conflict
- In your DAW make sure you have the buffer set to SMALL
Hubs that rely on usb only to power up arent good enough. try use hubs that require u to plug em into a power socket
This procedures can sometimes fix pops cracks and sync problems.
