this very first delay..can anyone help me with this?

First of all I would start with quite strong FM, and try the different waveforms how they influence each other (both carrier and modulator). Filter saturation (I don't remember if I used Digital or what)...
Delay & reverb, shure.
I did this kind of sound sometimes ago and I'm not in front of the Virus right now...but these are some of the main characteristics
