Hi, I have some very noisy keys on my brand new Virus Ti2 (61 key). Its a mechanical squeaking noise, like a dry spring being grinded down when pressing for aftertouch. One key in particular (a black key) is very bad but I've noticed a few others faintly squeaking on even very light presses. This is very disappointing for a brand new $3000 synth especially since I write music in a quiet environment late at night. Its driving me batty to be honest.
My question is: is there something I can do to alleviate this myself or does it require a full replacement, and if so how long would something like this take? Would a replacement be guaranteed to not have this problem at all or is this fairly common for the Ti line? I'm located in the USA but sadly nowhere near a repair center. I've also emailed support about this but haven't gotten a reply.
