It loads everything in AU, and VST, I see the midi fader go up within the Virus plugin but there is simply no sound. What do I do? I just updated the latest drivers and everything

Are the outputs working in stand-alone mode?
If not then you may want to take a look inside and see if the ribbon cable that connects the IO and main board is seated correctly

How long have you had it , bran new ? Was it it fine before and now playing up ?
What’s your DAW ? And what’s the audio preferences saying ? Asio 4 all ? The virus interface ?
