Why do you want to record the Arp pattern? I found that the timing us pretty inaccurate (by DAW sequencer standards). Check out this thread: -
I like how some of the arp settings sound. They don't sound innacurate when I play them. If I record them to a DAW, I could always quantize small imperfections.

Pretty sure you can, as there's an option in Config to send the Arp notes or not.
EG
