I've misplaced the power supply for my Virus TI2, can anyone tell me how many amps their power supply provides? I'm using another charger i've got which is 1.5 i think, but the fit isn't great so i need to buy another and i want to make sure i get something adequate.

Just in case anyone was wondering i have had a look in the manual, on the virus itself and tried to find out from looking at sites you can get a replacement supply from but no luck

yes, I use the desktop.
it seems that the power supply are the same (desktop and keys version)

Did a measurement on my TI2:
Consumption is about 0,5A DC, so using the 2A stock Power Supply is fine, but any 1A PS with a very stable and clean 12V output should be good, though.
btw 9v apparently works too even though the original is 12v (so far I've tried it just for a couple of seconds, will try a longer run today)
[edit] I've ran it from a 9v 1.5A psu for 10 hours the previous night and 7 hours this night playing a concert, so far without issues (but of course beware, I wouldn't call that sufficient to establish it's completely safe even though I'm not aware of any risks yet)
