Ah. Lead synth sound. Which is basically a synth that sounds like a distorted electric guitar.
The start is a pretty simple sound (pulse with PWM or supersaw with light detune) with a strong attack and some light filter movement, add resonance to taste. But the main ingredient for this type of sounds is a guitar amp like overdrive/distortion/cabinet simulation, which is possible on the Virus TI (offering various overdrives and a cab simulation) but probably not on the Virus B. Best bet is to run your synth into a separate distortion/overdrive unit (e.g. Elektron Analog Heat, Guitar Amp Plugins for your DAW).
However, you can also look for Virus B Patches named "Electric Guitar" or similar, which probably go into that direction.
