Modulate the Filterbank frequency

Although the Virus TI2 firmware may be in "legacy mode", a super duper feature request people would rejoice all over would be:

- Modulate filterbank frequency, especially for the LP Varislope and BP Varislope.

If this was done, it would totally replicate that Oberheim sound.

That would be nice too, but I think automating via LFO is a different feature request. Why not both

Turns out that "Filter Bank Frequency" is called "FreqShifter Freq" on the LFO dest target!
