I'm able to record notes just fine but the knob movements aren't getting recorded. When I move a knob I see the MIDI indicator light in Lives top right corner illuminate so that tells me that Live sees the MIDI command. I've followed my manual for the Indigo and have the Control Panel settings assigned as they indicate. Can someone help me figure out what I am doing wrong?

You've possibly set Parameter Bank A and B to Sysex, try to change it to "Controller" and "Polypressure". Alternatively, check, if live is filtering sysex.

I've got Lopage set to controller and Hipage set to Polypressure, just like the manual says. Live doesn't allow for adjustment of MIDI filtering as far as I can tell.
