unfortunately this is due to lack of a new update midi driver.. someone has written an updated driver on Github.. Im just now trying it myself but seems to have an issue when I switch patches the audio stops working so I'll have to keep tinkering with it , hopefully this may help. if you follow the GUI instructions its pretty easy to install

I am still trying to use my Virus TI on a new macbook pro 16 with Monterey. I bought the Virus HE plugin, I have the audio from the Virus going into my Universal Audio Interface. I have 5.1.7 installed on the virus and can't see the Virus TI Midi or Synth options in Live 11.1 beta preferences.
Any ideas? I feel that if I can get that to show up then the Virus will be connected and should be able to use?

As long as your DAW sees the MIDI in and OUT of your midi interface it's fine. It doesn't have to ''know'' what synth you have connected.
There is a beta of Virus Editor on http://mysteryislands-music.com; it is more stable than the old one in my opinion, only missing some features. Personally I suggest using the SimpleVirusUSBMidiDriver as it makes it way less laggy.
