Same as the 32-bit thread of similar title, but i thought i should make a thread indicating same happens on 64-bit, even though some people in the other thread specified 64-bit, too.
it rolls back near completion and doesn't install drivers. failure. 
The problem seems to occur when it goes to update the TI firmware.
I solved this by turning my Virus off and not turning it on when prompted... the installer will go through fine and the TI firmware will be updated when you reboot your computer.
Please use the 3.3.5.02 installer.
