Is there a way to install the stored factory presets again on the Virus A? Some of them are working fine, but some of them have no output and the display shows only some special characteristics and no real readable text.
What version of the OS are you on? The update for 2.52 includes all the sounds, but it puts them in banks C and D, which I don't think exist in earlier OS versions.
Alternatively, you can do a System Reset - hold down the LFO 1 SHAPE and LFO 2 SHAPE buttons while switching the VIRUS on. This allows you to restore the sounds but obviously you will lose anything you have saved yourself.
