  • Hi Monomeester,

I'm not a househead myself (honestly I cringe at the word anytime its uttered) but can still understand and appreciate the principles of composing dance music. I think you do too :)

I think your doing quite well. Good clean sounds (I didn't listen on my monitors but it still sounded good through a Logitech 2.1 system), I liked the vocal tracks too, also nothing stood out as being too loud or not mixed well.

I like the drop at 50 seconds. Cool groove and riff. That was right where I was about to go "geez, this is too repetitive (for me) and I'm about to stop listening", but what you did was perfect. Rekindled my interest. Well done. I'm sure you meant for it to be that way.

    Keep it up!

  • I kind of missed house music the first time around but I really enjoy it now and I enjoyed this track too!

I like the pushy syncopation of your initial groove, and the interesting change at 01:45. Instead of finishing you could have your breakdown at 04:23, and then build back up again on a massive 01:45 type vibe for a proper extended tune. :)

  • thanks for the positive comments and critics! :)

The track is far from finished but i lack the time to work a lot on music lately. Hope to place an updated track any time soon. :D
