yeah, had the TI for years and would easily stump up 100 to get it staying up to date with the latest MACOS

Aaah ok that explains things then. I was sure I had 2 running but this was a while ago - the other ones must have been directly from TI sounds themselves
cheers

yes, Ive used it like this for a while now, using USB1 - VTI1 as main (no cubase FX) USB2 (VTI2) as being an alternative bus to assign virus sounds to within Cubase (Cubase FX).
Now I want to do something different - use Virus as an Audio card (the only audio "card" in the Mac). I want to use output 1 and output 2 on the back on the Virus - ie plug in jacks and take different outputs and use it as a 6 (3x2) channel audio card in the Mac. So audio parts in Cubase plays through the TI outputs depending on how I assign them.
The reason for this is my audio card (Maudio Delta 66 does not support my Mac and I have not yet got a nice new MOTU etc
Is this possible? I am sure I have done it a long time ago
thanks for all your help so far

Hi
On mixer3 I get the three VTIs VIT1 VTI2 and VTI3
Still only one stereo input and one stereo output as above
I've tried this in SX3 and on the PC and its the same!!
This definitely worked before and I have since upgraded to V4
Have virus changed the way it works in V4? I'm running 4.0.2.01
regards

Hi
Thanks very much for the response.
I clicked on the icon and all 3 outputs are already enabled. In VST connections I only have
1 out 0 - virus TI
2 out 1 - virus TIas options which equate to L and R on the first output
Surely I should see another two sets of those which I can map?
On virus control I have it set to 3 outputs no input

Hi All,
Has anyone had more than one pair of stereo outputs working in MAC OS? This is something that has always just worked on the PC.
Im using Powermac G5 (10.5.8) and Virus TI v 4 USB connected
I use Cubase 5 and have mapped the Access Virus TI ASIO driver
On the Access Virus TI page of Device setup I only ever get stereo out 1 + 2 and not the others. Inputs are also inactive.
Does this even work in MAC OS?
I've tried everything any sane person would and a few they wouldn't to no avail.
Please let me know, this is driving me nuts!!
many thanks
Alan
