Now that I heard carefully all my RAM patches - and not only my project patches - i confirm two issues.
First issue - some patches listened quietly
Second issue - some patches listened distorted

i had a similar problem , i wasn't able to access ram banks
i contacted Access and they help me
they suggested me to try my polar on a different pc-workstation
and it works

problem it's not always the synth

this in not a bug
this is a virus

please access include avast software into next update

hello mates

i noticed something strange
when i move out usb cable or power cable from my polar and connect them back again ( recently i changed house and this happened)
i loose ram banks a,b,c,d . i have made a backup so it's not so big problem , but it happens again and again...
is there any tip for this ?
