I've owned a Virus TI for about 3 years now and I've recently tried to connect it to my new laptop to use it as a MIDI controller in FL Studio 9.

I am working on a Toshiba laptop with Wondows 7 64-bit OS. The laptop has an Intel Core i5 M450 2.40GHz CPU with 4 GB of RAM. I also have a 500 GB HDD. My DAW is Image-Line's FL Studio 9.0.3.

Firstly, I registered to the site so I can download the necessary software for it would be more updated and much faster than finding the original discs. I downloaded and installed "Virus TI Installer 4.0.5.01 for Windows 64 bit" from your site.

After installation, the Virus control center shows the Virus TI Keyboard with status OK. On the OS UPDATER window, it says my Virus TO is up to date. I've even re-installed it to make sure it works. The version I'm currently running is 4.0.5.01.

It seems like my computer is not reading ANYTHING from the VirusTI because even when I open standalone synths and set them to be controlled by the Virus, I still get nothing. Everything is showing up in FL's MIDI settings page. Everything is active etc.. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I cannot make any music until I fix this! LOL but still :cursing:

    Hey guys,

My name is Cylla. I'm a producer and engineer! I've owned my Virus TI keyboard for a couple years now. I'm pretty excited to interact with fellow Virus users. I recently found out that I'm able to intergrate my Virus with my computer as a VST plugin or something so I will be actively searching for a solution to use my keyboard to it's full extent!

I've been producing for seven years now, I've gotten a couple production and mix placements here and there and I'm still trying to learn more and develop as a musician.

Anyways, much success to you all and I can't wait to get started on here! 8)
