  • Virus TI 1 Transpose/Pitch Issue

    Hey ya'll. I'm a pretty new user but ran into what I believe may be a sound design question...


    I'm using a sound called "Phantom" on the Virus TI 1 OS 4.0


    I've used this sound quite a lot already and ran into this issue only 1-2 times over the last few months. What would happen is that during a live performance, everything I play gets transposed up 1 half step. It happened on this sound, but I tend to use this one quite often. I can recall it happening on another sound as well.


    Could it be a detune function? Perhaps linked to an LFO?


    Any ideas what could be making this happen?

    I find that just navigating through the millions of patches can become a daunting task especially on the fly when you are jamming with a band and don't know exactly what sound you'd like to use for the moment (and want to try something new). Make browsing easier and faster by utilizing the larger screen real estate of an iPhone and especially the iPad!!
