After a couple of days, something goes bad and all patches sound distorted and garbled (example of init: http://rattkin.info/stuff/c4c5-init.mp3)
I tried the other usb port, resetting PC and holding arp button on the Virus. Tried reinstalling drivers and music software as well.
Only help is when I use Windows system restore to go back. But after a couple of days, the sound goes bad again. I did this a couple of times, but now the system restore point is lost.
Config:
Virus TI snow
win7/64bit
Intel i5 2,52ghz
4gb ram
Other sound cards works fine: E-mu-0404 usb, but i don't use it regulary. Except mouse, there are no USB devices.
The problem is in all software i tried: renoise, ableton, cubase. I tested different buffer lengths, but to no avail.

v41105_x64
