So i've been trying to use the side chain from an audio track through the virus ti interface. I just wanted to give the hats some delay so they sounded more shuffled. Anyways, i've followed all the procedures from the manual (3 outs, 1 in) but still i can' seem to get any result. I know one of the parts in the virus should go into STATIC mode. But how do i do that?! Can anyone shed any light on this one for me?
Much appreciated!!

I am SO GRATEFUL for your reply!! I was so caught up on focusing on the mixer & routing through bus & stuff that i completely forgot to check out the Virus window for parameters!! I got the things sorted out and mapped the volume control on the keyboard so i can adjust them at my will! Thank you once again

Hello everyone! I'm quite new to the world of synths and especially virus. I have a TI Snow and just build a few patches for some sounds i want to use in a couple of songs. The thing is, whenever i try to lower the volume on one of the channels (i've set up with 4 in the TI Snow), all the volume levels change simultaneously on the other channels. Now i realize this is because the 4 channels are linked, and so i tried to open 2 aux channels so i could route the sound there, but still i can't manage to do that. If i apply a bus to a channel it applies to all, and so instead of routing only one sound to the Aux (Virus 3-4 for example) i route all sounds there so i'm back to square 1
I'm posting a pic below so maybe someone can help me out on this one. Hence a newbie i realize this request might sound dull to most of you, but i do gotta from somewhere right?
