I was using my Virus's pitch wheel and suddenly it made a sound and immediately felt "loose". The pitch wheel doesn't work anymore.
I opened up the Virus and saw that a small plastic part has broken (you can see from the pictures).
What do I do now? Is there a way to buy just this part? I'm from Brazil and I haven't found official support over here...
