For "Virus can't be found":

1ºstep - Uninstal virus software
2ºstep - go to "C:\windows\system32\drives" and iliminate Virususb.sys
3ºstep - Change your usb port and instal the device again

Problem solve, Uninstal virus software, go to "C:\windows\system32\drives\virususb.sys" and iliminate Virususb.sys... change your usb port and instal the device again... i never understand why suport never give us a solution, we are the solution not the suport!!!

I have the same problem, and i can't solve it... too much money too stupid problems... over and over again...

As always said, spend the money and fend for yourself... half a year after someone gives importance to what you say, and where is the suport you ask? I find myself thinking that we are just a bait for them, lots of money spent, without resolutions of problems.
