I want to thank the support team in Access, weeks ago I bought a second-hand virus B, sent Access an E-mail to register the virus and they solved the problem in a few hours. It's nice to see how they care about all Virus users, even the ones who bought second-hand items and didn't give the company a penny. For me it's very important because the next synth I'll buy will be a brand new Virus, without a doubt. (Maybe the TI3 :D)
