I just got my VirusTI snow and I'm trying to install it.
I've download the latest IOS and installer (5) for win7.
when i try to run the installer, a pop up window says: This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this package is a valid Windows Installer package".
I've tried both x64 and x86 versions and both do the same.
Has anyone had the same issue?
