I just got a used Snow and I'd love to beta test. The latency thing is out of control. Anyway, I'm on Windows 8 and using the latest version of Live 9, but I also have Metro and I can test on a Mac as well.

I just wanted to revive this thread a bit as I'm getting the same sort of sound from my Snow. None of my other instruments have this issue. I've got my whole set up hooked up to pretty clean power from a good UPS.

[edit] I found that if I remove the USB it goes away.

I've actually got the USB audio working well if I go direct into the back of my PC (for some reason the front ports don't work well which is why I abandoned USB audio) Still, I think it should work fine both ways... no?
